Meet Our Team Members

Meet Holly! Holly is the Founder & CEO of Shear Amazement and Creative Director at the salon. Holly began her career in 2009 and started Shear Amazement as a solo endeavour in 2017. She enjoys mentoring new talent at the salon and making her clientele feel and look their best! She has a broad range of clientele and prides herself on making her salon environment a safe and comfortable space for all!

Meet Lauryn! Lauryn is one of our Junior Stylists at the salon. She began her career in 2021 and has a wide set of skills in the industry. She is very talented in her colouring applications and is commonly referred to as "the blow out queen" in the salon for her amazing styling skills. All of Lauryn's clientele leave looking voluminous and ready to slay the day! Come meet her bubbly personality that attracts so many and be ready to be impressed!

Meet Aanika! Aanika is another one of our junior stylists at the salon. She began her career in 2021 and always has very consistent results in the salon. Aanika gives amazing results to all of her clients that sit in her chair and leaves everyone feeling heard and appreciated when they leave. Aanika connects with and impresses each and every one of her clients proven by reviews and constant requests for services!

Meet Samantha! Samantha is our Master Barber and Junior Stylist at the salon. She has been in this career since 2009. Sam absolutely loves barbering and is our girl if you need a straight razor shave or any specialty barbering services. Samantha has recently started doing colour services again and we are looking forward to see how amazing she can do in that area as well! 

Meet Saro! Saro is one of our Apprentice Stylists in the salon. Saro has been with the salon since November 2024 and recently graduated Voila Institute of Hair Design in March 2025. Saro is working on his apprenticeship hours with us and we are excited to see him grow his already impressive skill set. Saro has been excelling in his barbering skills and we are continuing his colouring education at the salon. Come give him a try! You won't regret it!

Meet Sara! Sara is another one of our Apprentice Stylists in the salon. She recently started with our team in January 2025 but started her career 2022. Sara is finishing up her last level of courses at Fanshawe College and is well into her apprenticeship hours to get her licensing. Sara has been impressing clients with her colouring skills and her styling routine that leaves clients walking out feeling fresh and ready to take on their day!
